starting over

I was almost to day four of my water fast when i had to eat last night. I ate quite a lot which is not good, but i am proud that i stuck with it that long. In those 4 days I lost about 5 lbs which is good i guess but not as much as i was hoping. I know i will just put those pounds right back on unless i get right back in the game again..so this is my first day of a new fast. It's already been about 12 hours :) This time, I am hoping to make it ALL the way through 5 days. Wish me luck!
