Spring is the time of new life bursting forth, of realizing the potential inherent in warmer days and the growth of a brighter sun. The equinoxes possess light and dark in equal share in a moment's balance.
Spring Equinox is the time of conception, when the solar light is ascending and overcomes darkness in its eternal dance across the sky. Now is the time to take action; launch new projects; set new goals and directions; plant the seeds that you have nurtured, protected, and meditated upon throughout the dark, winter months. At this time of spring transformation, we are given the opportunity to start fresh, enrich the soil of our consciousness, and nurture the dreams that inspire us to soar to our highest potential.--Temple of the Goddess

Women wishing to attend the ritual free of charge must arrive at 5 pm
to help set up and stay after one hour to help clean up.
6:30 pm … doors open 7 pm … ritual begins promptly
Entry after 7:15 pm at facilitator’s sole discretion.

About This Ritual:
This seasons’s ritual for Spring Equinox will be created by Patricia Winkler-Bluhm. This ritual will include lovely spring imagery and symbolism, with an Ostara Meditation. Patricia is an experienced ritualist with many years in the pagan community.

Spring Equinox Celebration
|
Please join us in celebration of Spring Equinox. On March 25, 2006 the temple will present an evening of ritual theater which combines mythology and art to re-connect us to the earth, as well as strengthen our connection to the earth. Our rituals are multi-media programs combining music, dance, liturgy, spoken word, visual art, and participatory theater. You will be given the opportunity to participate with drumming and dancing and to plant seeds for your own life. These seeds represent what you would like to grow in the garden of your life in 2006. It could be a new project or job, a new relationship, whatever hopes or dreams you have been nurturing in the dark winter soil of your
heart-space.
