Who’s responsible for our health?
Although the answer seems obvious the reality somewhat suggests that it is less easy to answer that question.
Certainly the more modern and in a sense ‘rich’ a society is the more possibilities exist to take care of health concerns! But are people in these ‘advanced’ societies really healthier? My answer: NO! So why?
Because we loose slowly but surely more and more the responsibility to take our health into our own hands. The system we live in suggests that the answer for all problems lies outside of us and that there is a fast and ‘modern’ solution to everything by using advanced technologies, medicine, strategies, etc. all we need is the money for it so first priority today is to get the money to pay for all that.
I could keep on writing about this for quite a while but I guess you already know what I try to express here: Despite all the money, resources, technologies and so on we are not really getting healthier are we?
Luckily I also see a slow change to that: More and More people start to realize that something is not right and search for alternatives!
The failure of modern lifestyle opens the door to the rise of alternative health care, inner awareness and spirituality and hopefully to the realization of the fact that it is our own responsibility to change! Do you want to change? Then start with yourself!
Why not starting with some simple but effective physical changes?
I tried so many things in my life, and that from young age on, because I think and live in the spirit of self awareness and responsibility as long as I can think and so far when it comes to physical awareness the key, I think, lies in the combination of avoiding bad things (or turning them into something better with some adjustments), and doing the right things for prevention and maintenance. Often there is something in between the two: The right Method to correct past time problems.
I found all three in the Dorn Method! That is probably the main reason why this Method grows so fast and helps so many. Life changes constantly and our body as well! It reacts to changes or ‘stimuli’ in both directions: Growth or Destruction!
If you want a positive change because you suffer from a problem, which is mostly a sign that you violated already many Universal Laws, than you need to get started in the Re-Building of yourself.
Avoid bad things, do the correction and maintenance and prevent the problem from coming back!
I am always on the look out for simple Methods to do all that and two of many I found worth doing are among the most effective: The Dorn Method and The Five Tibetan Rites.
If you know better ways or more easier ways please share your knowledge with me and others. If you’re on the search for some help then why not trying both first?
