Take Action: Stand up for America's wild forests: Sign your name!
America's remaining roadless national forests belong to all Americans. But this spring, the Bush administration took a huge step backward by repealing the 2001 "Roadless Rule," opening nearly sixty million acres of America's last wild National Forests to logging, road construction, mining, oil exploration, and other forms of development. Sign our new petition to tell the administration, once again, that all of our remaining roadless areas should be protected, completely and permanently: http://ga0.org/campaign/ARA_Roadless?rk=qdS0swd1pmRRE
Take Action: Sign the Endangered Species Act Pledge!
Now that the House has passed the "Extinction bill" to cut the heart out of the Endangered Species Act by severely weakening the law's vital safeguards, the landmark law and the species it protects are in critical danger. Please sign our Endangered Species Act Pledge affirming that Americans support strong protections for our nation's endangered fish, plants and wildlife, and the special places they call home: http://ga0.org/campaign/ESA_pledge?rk=6pS0swd1IaHHE
