Latest Biomonitoring Report
The Center for Disease Control recently released The Third National Report on Human Exposure to Environmental Chemicals, which summarized 2400 people’s chemical body burden—or level of chemicals present in a person’s blood or urine. These tests assess the presence of 148 different chemicals people are exposed to in their everyday life. Results indicate that measuring the presence of chemicals in people’s bodies can provide important information about the effect toxins have on human health.
