Psyllium husk adheres to the candida threads that drill into your intestines and drag them out. In my opinion, psyllium or P & B shakes (with bentonite, a clay that adheres to toxins) are the BEST bowel cleanse with candida.

I have reserves on the message below. But I have already written a P & B Shake post twice on this blog, and each time, the moderator plain deleted them without a word. I wont write a 3rd one.
So below it says: 3 to 5 P & B shake a day NOT WITH CANDIDA I am sorry. Aim at 2 max a day and see how you can cope with the die-off. Start with one for a week or two and then see IF you can increase.
It also says that you can do it along with the Master Cleanse (MC) sorry but the MC's maple syrup feeds candida. However, the MC's lemonade..... without the maple syrup is just FANTASTIC. Check it out.
REMEMBER: Shakes are to be taken 1 hour away from meals on each side AND with plenty of water after or else expect havoc.
The first time around you might want to take a bit of senne to prevent constipation. The fiber adheres to candida which is stuch to the intestinal wall and will not immediately let go, which clogges the bowels and causes a bit of constipation.
Bentonite is a plus because it will keep the toxins from spreading while the clogged fiber remains in your bowel at first (see P & B shakes) - SOME PEOPLE PREFER TAKING THE FIBER ALONE.
Taking probiotics AFTER the P & B is important as the psyllium will brush away friendly bacteria.
If you get pain - remember that very few pain sensors are present in the bowel and take seriously the tiniest bowel pain - marhmallow root tea is fantastic. Also consider stopping the shakes for a while.
Getting regular bm is important, plus looking a the color of your stool will tell you a lot.
Tan=poor liver functions
Brown = healthy liver function
BUT remember that the psyllium in the shakes does not get digested (this is how it can brush the intestinal walls) therefore expect the stool to turn paler while doing the shake protocole.
