Buckwheat Pumpkin Cinnamon Pancakes
Serve with coconut oil (Yummy) or humous .
Ingredients
1.5 Cup of All Natural Buckwheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbs veg oil - i use extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp vanilla
1 tbs pumpkin spice (or simply cinnamon)
2 eggs
1/4 Cup water (approx.)
Blend and add just enough water to obtain a rough texture
Pour on griddle or in a pan.
Yields about 9 pancakes
