Many of the things we see and do are really stupid!!

Rules are for regulation, some are necessary when you encounter others in certain circunstances....  Such as the rules of the road, both for driving on the surface streets,  and for the maritime ships on the high seas.... Aircraft in controlled spaces...

Laws are for control of people who do not want to think; The control is most generally by the who ever thinks they have the power, to make others do their will...  It can be family, friends,  jobs, and of course the government(s)..... 

If a person would use their GOD given intelligence; they  should be able to come to the best conclusion(s) on any given situation(s)...  There would not need to be any law(s)....  Examples of some DUH!!  A couple of Laws on the books now, and some other observations....

Ever seen some sit waiting at a Traffic Signal, "RED Light", at 02:32 hours, at an intersection, which has a plain view for the road in all directions, for miles.... waiting for the green lite???  DUH!!     The traffic signal is to help control vehicle traffic, but if you are the only one then there is not any thing to control...  DUH!!  GO!! 

Another, stupid or just plain ignore the rules of the road, is to see someone coming on the Interstate or limited access Hi way, come down the on ramp, with their blinker on like it is a turn they are making...NOT  And just continue to pull out into oncoming traffic....   The driver 's handbook I saw said that when coming onto the Main hi way they were to Yield to the on coming traffic.....  But do they???  DUH!!  NO on your life, if you have a blinker pull in where you want to....   DUH!! how many accidents {better term would be preventable collision(s)} would be prevented?? 

Another duh!! moment, Saw a Ice Delivery truck, painted Black... DUH!!  Black is the hottest color as it absorbs the most of the SUN rays... SO you would want maybe white or some shine metal colors...  DUH!!   Of course maybe this was a mid nite delivery truck that just happened to be out going to get his oil changed at the daytime only garage....   That must be it....
