In order to get your body on course try to get your mind developed... Some ways include thinking on things that will enrich your life... Among those are these thoughts and ideas... Read and think on them so you will have a better mind!!
What do we need to do to live a better life ... Think... Think... Think...
A quote...
"Hatred paralyzes life; Love releases it!
Hatred confuses life; Love harmonizes it!
Hatred darkens life; Love illuminates it!" By Dr Martin L. King, Jr.....
If we are to succeed in this life we must find the path to ETERNAL LIFE... All other ways are detours, and dead ends.... Love is the key!!
Duty and honor are the road maps, and service to others is your earthly goal!!
Why waste your precious time here in this life seeking personal pleasures, when the eternity to come will far surpass all that we now know....
What did we learn?
Upon life's pathway we sojourn;
What exactly did we learn?
Is it all about pleasure and pain?
or finding what our hearts do yearn?
or doing something for gain?
or finding a job for something to earn?
or living a life all proper and sane?
or changing our mind at every turn?
or running to catch a plane?
or finding destruction or something to burn?
or going out and stand in the rain?
or seeing the flowers and maybe a fern?
or spending our last days with a cane?
Is this what we have to explain?
Oh what exactly did we actually learn?
It should have been a life of care and concern!!

Think on these things, we all need it!! This will lead to a better mind!!
