Creating Sacred Space

Months ago when I went to a delightful seminar for VIBE Practitioners in Greeley, I received a bundle of neatly milled sticks of wood of various sizes, referred to as "dowels." At the seminar, we were told what the dowels were for, but apparently that key information went, literally, in one ear and out the other when it came to me. I went home with the bundle of wood pieces, and took the bundle to my office the next day, placing it behind some files on a desk in the corner, and there it sat, perfectly still, until the Summer Solstice.

On that day, a few days ago, an Acupuncturist I know came by the office with another Acupuncturist, and both had been at the VIBE Seminar. One of the Acupuncturists mentioned dowels and the "Hartman Grid." He noted that we all received the dowels at the VIBE Seminar. I showed him where I put all the kind gifts we were given at the seminar, and back behind the dowsing rods and notebooks and DVDs from the seminar, we found the neat little bundle of dowels. After some discussion, and sensing my confusion, he offered to situate the dowels for me in the VIBE treatment room. The whole idea is energy balancing to harmonize rooms and/or living spaces. I had forgotten all about it, but it was such an exciting possibility, I was thrilled he had noticed and brought it all to my attention.

So now my VIBE room, which was already more serene than most rooms, by far, is remarkably more serene. These dowels work. Amazingly well. Most of the clients who have come in for sessions since the dowel installation noticed the improved sense of calm in the room.

Creating "Sacred Temple Space"
