Atheists & Supreme Beings, Of Mad Dogs & Englishmen

So I thought this humorous because I am seeing this sign- so really they've disproved their own point. I got this off a blog site that is kinda interesting. I think they have a high caliber of poster..or at least I've hiit on them in the 2-3 I've read.
Later in the same blog the poster spoke of atheism and I began to see...that some that rebel against looking at God as if it were a paternal figure sitting up in heaven, never take the next step to find God within themselves- and he is decent in his code of ethics. Read further...
As an atheist you have a number of rights and responsibilities. These include (but are not limited to):
1. Have no gods.
2. Don't worship stuff.
3. Be polite.
4. Take a day off once in a while.
5. Be nice to folks.
6. Don't kill people.
7. Don't fool around on your significant other.
8. Don't steal stuff.
9. Don't lie about stuff.
10.Don't be greedy.
Remember, theists will condemn you for living by this code because you are doing it of your own free will instead of because you're afraid that if you don't a supreme being will set you on fire.

I don't believe any Supreme Being that is going set me on fire. But I can with thoughts unbecoming one that loves, set myself on fire- looking outside oneself for any life experience is probaby not very practical...
So I am not an atheist but this blog got me thinking about what makes an atheist- or at least this atheist...and I understand more why one would choose self over a God in the sky-
