NLP & Lucid Dreamimg by munificent .....

Oh and how the Universe Loves, once you find your flow...Yesterday I told you I had a message to watch my dreams (too bad I rarely remember dreams, eh?) and today, an e-mail from hypno success on lucid dreaming..everything I need is delivered to me on a gold and silver platter...Lucid dreaming is said to speed karmic processing. This is my next undertaking..I remember Carlos Castenada described how to see your own hand in a dream-then to visualize your whole self- Access Universal Mind with the 3rd eye-Anyone want to take this on with me? We can compare notes!

Greetings Friends & Subscribers!

Have you ever wondered what lucid dreaming is?

I think that lucid dreaming is when you are actually
conscious and aware that while you are dreaming. If
you do this, then you can actually direct the outcomes
of your dreams. Interesting, isn't it?

But . . . why would you want to be conscious while
dreaming? you might ask. When I first heard about it,
I thought to myself -- that could be fun . . . but it
probably doesn't have any useful effects that I could
use to improve myself or my life.

Boy was I wrong!

After thinking about it for awhile, I discovered that
the process of lucid dreaming could really help you if
you wanted to *visualize how you want your life to be!

what if you used the power of lucid dreaming to *set
your outcomes up in life. What if you could use those
"conscious dreams" to find out how you feel under
certain circumstances and in specific situations?

Wouldn't that be a great benefit? I think it is.

So, your next question is: How can I be conscious while
I am asleep and dreaming...

Well, believe it or not, lucid dreaming is a learned skill
and it can naturally occur (on occasion) when you are
dreaming. You might have experienced it once when you
realized you are dreaming and you are able to then control
what happens in your dream -- all while you're still asleep.

Although it happens on occasion, some find that it is a
difficult skill that usually takes special training. My
current research indicates that fewer than 100,000 people
in the United States have the ability to have lucid dreams
when they want to.

Since lucid dreaming can help in personal development,
enhancing self-confidence, overcoming nightmares, improve
your mental and physcial health and facilitate creative
problem solving -- I believe it is an important skill to
learn and master.

So, you are now asking: how can I do it. Well, there
are some institutes throughout the world that can train
you to do it ... but I want to share with you one technique
that has worked for me.

This technique is called "Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreams"
or MILD for short. The MILD technique involves giving
yourself reminders and focuses those reminders at night.

The first MILD step is to tell yourself when you go to bed that
you'll remember your dreams.

Second, you focus your attention on recognizing when you are
dreaming and remembering that it is a dream.

Third, you then focus on reentering a recent dream and
looking for clues that it is indeed a dream . . . basically,
you imagine what you would like to do within that dream.

For example, you may want to swim underwater for 5 hours
without scuba gear and without holding your breathe . . .

So you imagine yourself swimming underwater within that
dream. You repeat these last two steps (recognizing when
you're dreaming and reentering a dream) until you go to
sleep.

Using this technique, I have been able to have lucid dreams,
and many people can have lucid dreams whenever they want to.

Because technique takes such mental training, I designed a
CD and DVD set to aid myself. I have found it useful and
if you would like to use it, I am making it available for
1 week.

It is the Lucid Dreaming Set. It has 3 CDs and 1 DVD. It
probably won't be offered again and if it is, it will be
more than double the Inner-Circle price. Go to:

for more information.

That is all for this week. I hope you found this information
very helpful and useful. Please use this technique and enjoy
the process!

Until next week . . . take care,

Reed
