Post Master Cleanse Update--MC followed by a successful liver flush. by Lovey .....
Be careful not to go too long on the master cleanse if you start having intense food cravings. It could be a vitamin and/or mineral deficiency developing.

After my 33 day master cleanse, I felt terrible. I was still getting headaches, body odor, bad breath and food cravings that I couldn't resist(I would have been a mess before if I tried eating any of these foods!). I started eating chicken in tomato sauce, chilli, corn burritos, etc. Then I suddenly started feeling better: I could eat again, I felt relaxed and feel like great after a bowel movement, whereas before I never understood what people meant that they feel lighter and healthier after a bowel movement. Maybe because there is not compaction inside my intestines and colon to leave me feeling sick, even after I pottie! :)
The master cleanse healed what the liver flushes couldn't. I think the liver flushes are the greatest and if you read my other BLOG posts, you'll see just how much good the liver flush can do, but it couldn't heal everything.
My big remaining gripes have been: Bad breath, body odor, dry tangling hair, food sensitivities, chemical sensitivities and premature aging(no elsticity, wrinkling and redness in my skin).
The master cleanse:
1) Improved my bad breath, but it's still there.
2) Allowed my digestive system to tolerate many foods I couldn't dream of eating before.
3) Greatly improved my body odor. People can sometimes smell me a little when I get really close. They can also smell me if I eat something that my digestive system still really disagrees with, such as cheese or chicken. Otherwise, I'm normal like everyone else. I can go shopping and not get "sniffed". = )
4) My skin has improved.
5) My chemical sensitivities seem to be gone. We got a new janitor at my workplace and the lady always cleaned the tables with amonia while I was sitting there. She stunk me right out of the room...By the end of my master cleanse, I didn't even notice it...I just saw her wiping tables and the scent didn't bother me. Is that awesome? And just incase you're wondering, it doesn't bother me now either :) I seem to be cured of that one at least :)
Although, my ratty hair is still at its worst.
I will be doing a series of liver flushes for the next two months, then I'm going to go back on another master cleanse in January. After that I'll do more liver flushes go get out whatever stones build up from the next master cleanse.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I did a liver flush less than a week after my master cleanse ended and I got out 500 stones. I was going to the bathroom so much I could barely get off the toilet and I would fill the top of the water with stones! It was amazing.
I got a lot of fresh green ones to start with. I'm sure the master cleanse created those stones, but later on I started getting some gray ones. Some of the green ones had dark brown spots, like freckled stones.
After the flush, the food cravings started to go away and my body started to feel better than ever. Now I just have to stay away from foods my digestive system doesn't agree with and repeat this wonderful process as planned! :)
Give it a try. You'll thank yourself for it!
