day 4

beautiful!!
i thank myself so much to be there, doing what i'm doing right now, this was so much needed after how i did treat my body/mind/whole person for the last months...
this is great to be already on day 4 and to feel confident..i will make it this time, make it to 21..unless if i feel so weak i can't walk, or any and have this strong hunger..which i know can't come really before 20 days, so it's perfect, i'm on my way!!!
and times fly, really it does, days come and pass and it is beautiful to observe this as if i was there experiencing my own feelings(well..i am!), hours after hours, not reacting to them or better to say, reacting as much as i can in a positive way, transforming negative, limiting thoughts in their opposite bright ones...
this helps so much..all is in the mind, it's all there, incredible almost!!!
we can make anything we really want to, i'm just so sure of that, just setting up our mind, we can reach any goal, however far or long or difficult it may seem to be!
we are so infinitely powerful!!!
thank you..i may calm down now, cause struggle might be back soon and i need all my strengh and modesty to face it.
i am and will do my best.
i promise.
