pink!!!!

Well, 80% pink on my tongue. I read somewhere that if you do a prolonged cleanse that your tongue will go back and forth between coated and clear a few times. This apparently signifies the detoxing of your body in layers (peeling an onion). Still, I can't believe that my tongue is mostly pink with just a wee bit of coating in the middle.

I had to sit in a different room than the kitchen/dining room when J ate dinner last night. I was ok making it for him, but for some reason the combo of watching him eat and the aromas of the food elicited a Pavlovian response in me. I wasn't hungry for it, but I was defiitely salivating and my stomach was growling. I wasn't at my best last night either. Achey and blegggh. Restless muscles, if that makes sense. I just couldn't seem to get comfy.

It took me a while to fall asleep and I woke up at 3 to use the bathroom, but I did sleep soundly. Woke up this morning rested which is very cool. A little achey in my kidney area still, a wee bit sore for some reason. Hoping it will go away today!
