Do not, I repeat, do NOT drink the Yogi tea too early...blegggh

I have no clue what I was thinking but last night I drank the Yogi tea around 8:45 instead of my usual 10 PM. I woke up with intense cramps at around 4 AM and went to the bathroom at least 3 times over the course of an hour. I'd go back to bed thinking I was done and then little by little I'd cramp up again. Finally back to sleep around 5:30 and then up at 7:15. I feel ok now even after the SWF, albeit somewhat queasy.
Weird dreams about food and tobacco. Someone kept offering me a cigarette saying "Miss W, there has been a recent scientific study that shows that smoking is actually good for you." Right. Too funny. Then I dreamed that an ex boyfriend kept offering me a bite of an Ollalieberry the size of my fist. It turned out to be a pastry cooked like a giant Ollalieberry (he's a Chef so at least that part made sense). I don't even like sugar, or apparently I must...else why would I have had that dream? Still no coffee dreams, although really no weird dream would surprise me at this point!
J was concerned about me last night, asking if I felt ok. I am great and told him so.He just wanted me to address any dizziness or lightheadedness, which I've not had. We're going to his parents' house for Easter which will be day 8 of my cleanse. Food won't bother me. I just don't want to freak them out. So conservative, really nice, wonderful people but I think the MC is a concept that eludes them.
Day 4. Wow, I am at day 4. One week or so to go. I may just do 10 and I may go to 14. Am doing a liver flush directly afterwards. I am feeling great (always seem to feel good in the mornings and hungry at nightfall) and full of energy and positivity. My gums bled a bit when I brushed last night and it feels like I am losing some weight (not why I did the MC). I don't know though as I don't own a scale and haven't been on one in years. No point to them.
Ok, enough rambling, on with my day.
