Not feeling my best this morning. Crap sleep again last night. Half awake-half asleep most of the night. I woke up in the middle of the night and had a little trouble falling back out. Then this morning I woke up at 6:30 and was unable to go back to sleep. It's frustrating.
I just feel weighted down today in terms of how my body feels (lethargic, queasy, get-up-and-go has got-up-and-went). Also, just am generally 'under the weather.' Feel down in terms of energy. I bet my biorythym is at its low part of the cycle.
Yes, I realise it's caffeine deprivation!!! And, yes, this too shall pass. Still, I am off to work in a couple of hours and am trying to mentally gear up to be in the right mind set to do so. 1.5 hour commute, 8 hours of work, 1.5 - 1.75 hours commute back, then to the gym. Daunting today, but I shall soldier on.
Am almost to Sunday. I can't believe I am so ready to do this, but I am. Odd innit...
