Your monthly source for tips, information, and advice to fully enjoy your
Journey to Wild Divine and your every breath...

A state of deep meditation and relaxation can open many doors.
This month's newsletter focuses on the subject of meditation. The Journey to Wild Divine was created to develop your mind-body awareness skills, and to help you hone your meditation skills in order to experience less stress and enjoy life more. The key to successful meditation, as you surely know, is more than just mind-body connectedness. It requires you to be able to visualize, to empty your mind of irrelevant thoughts, and to focus your energy on relaxing and achieving a peaceful state. To help you reach deeper levels of meditation, this month we've asked some of our resident experts for their advice.

Our first article features Corwin Bell, The Journey's developer, discussing why meditation is such an important part of daily life, and how his practice inspired his creation of The Journey. We're also lucky this month to have a contribution from Amritam, the founder of the Whole Life Foundation. Amritam's article explains why meditation is such an important part of a full life, and also provides an introductory method for starting to meditate effectively. Finally, we have our monthly message from Deepak Chopra, who speaks to the importance of being loved and being lovable as the secret to being attractive to yourself and everyone else.

Be sure to read down the left-hand margin of the newsletter too. You'll find this month's detailed Breathing Tip from Anna Coy, our resident breathing expert (you'll spend more time with Anna in the second version of the Journey, due out fall 2005). You'll also find another tech tip from Corwin Bell to enhance your enjoyment of the game, as well as information about a new application for our LightStone, Particle Explorer, that displays beautiful 3-D representations of your biofeedback data.

As always, we appreciate your support and hope we can help you enjoy the Journey to its fullest. If you'd like to share this month's newsletter with a friend, click here (link needed) to forward it.
