As you lay in bed, block you right nostril then slowly inhale and exhale through the left nostril only. Add Sat Nam on your breath, while setting your intention to wake up early for Morning Sadhana. Only 26 long deep breath through the left nostril should do the job of inducing a calm and restful sleep. Good luck...
