Q. What can I do for obsessive compulsive thought and actions? Are there Kriyas for this?
It is simple. Start with Kundalini Yoga daily, later more daily and after
few months negative energy leave your body.
Kundalini Yoga produce high frequency in your body. Negative emotions and
thought have lesser frequency. High frequency push away lesser frequency.
With good and qualificated teacher you can count that problem is over and
that is just a question of invested time in Kundalini Yoga and your
disciplined work.
Or did you ever seen developed Yogi under influence of bad emotions or
thoughts?
They laugh and have positive emotions and thoughts.

Nope I haven't, they just laugh it off- Infact I have only heard of one such incident that Parmahansa Yogananda needed a windfall to pay for some property and it did not look as if it were coming in time to forestall the situation at hand...He prayed all night to Mother Mother Mother-until the morning when he declared that Mother was not going to support the transaction and went on in another direction. The newer direction proved to be the better of the 2 in the long run...I'm not sure but I do know tough times have been with us all at one time or another-
How we react or process thoughts of negativity determines our quality of life...yep...and our general health. Especially at 4am- but my quality of health and thoughts are greatly stabilized by my practice.
And this odd, peaceful, enlightening energy transfer with Kronos suffuses me peace- I have not known anything like it! I really don't know what to think, but I do know what I feel...Maybe I have finally found the One! I have been waiting
