Sometimes it seems that the mind is in constant turmoil. It's always racing from project to problem, keeping us busy, maki ng us stressed. To be able to still the mind, to find that cal m and quiet place within, is a true victory, one that reward s us with health, happiness, and peace of mind.

9th~So I got a newsflash for this traditional Buddhist thinking- You need not one whit of victory over yourself...NEWSFLASH- You are God, Self Acceptance (and energy) demonstrates your divine nature to yourself-Once you know the truth; One may Love themselves into Relaxation ~knowing that YOu are It, and all is you!
