a brief summary of my week.

First of all, I'd like to report the SUN IS SHINING in New York :-)

I got into the doldrums and got a little sick this week. I had my yearly weather turnover cold and stayed in bed all day. Needless to say, I hardly exercised this past week. My legs were killing me after a workout so I decided to let go for a few days to recover. I lost a total of two inches off my waist so I'm now a 32 waist or a 32.5 with the tape very loose. My long term goal is 25. A bridal corset will easily take care of the half an inch ;o) I am eight inches away from my goal. My short term goal is to be able to fit into my old jeans and khakis by my 'around the sun' day which is November 20.

I've been listening to my Anthony Robbins and David Wolfe mp3s and am getting into goal setting. I am setting a goal of posting two times a week to curezone.

Work is going well and I was paid, well paid I'll add. Today I'm going shopping with my fiance. TTYL everyone.

Oh PS...I am preparing a blog entry of my resurrected interest in UFOs, Starpeople, Starman,etc. I had this weird, cracked out dream while under the influence of Nyquil and have to tell you guys about it.
