brief note about my absence

I'm back. Today is such a beautiful day outside. I'm working full time now and improving my body is now my other full time job. I'll be posting a lengthly update about this soon including working with my DNA cd's, my proteus machine,etc. and my impending marriage plus the ever popular PERIOD UPDATE :o)
