I weighed myself yesterday 164.
My measurements are:
waist 33.5
hips 40.0
abs 39
thigh 24
My goal is of course to fit into my wedding dress but to be fit and healthy and live a very long life is my long term goal. I don't want to get down to a size six and get fat again.
My one month goals are:
weight 154
waist 32
hips 38.5
abs 38
thigh 23
I think a month goal of ten pounds and one inch increments is reasonable and I'll be sure to strive to surpass my own goals.

Ever since my albeit brief encounter with the Air Force, I've had nothing but respect for the way the military can take the fattest man and make him into a muscle hardened, fighting machine. Anyway, I did a self test of how many squats I can do and I can do about twenty without losing my balance. The hindu pushups remind me of the tibetan rites. I'm about to go do my running around the block before I go off to work for my mom. I find that exercise is a good tonic for my brain. I have to figure out a way to exercise when I get depressed instead of sitting down. More on this later.
