brief note

I've taken off a few days from eating healthy and exercising to evaluate what I want to do and where I want to go. I know flesh food is not what I want,except for fish. I can do without milk except for raw goat milk and cheeses. The most important thing I think that is necessary more than diet, is exercise. At last, my period is healthy and normal and I'm sure it's because of the mostly vegan diet I was following, including eating raw food and heavy duty juicing right before.
I was pretty bummed out about losing my job but I do feel that Jesus is looking out for me. More on this 'grand reopening' tomorrow.
BTW, I'm watching a show about diet on FIT tv. I rather listen to David Wolfe than Jenny Craig!
