brief note

I briefly mentioned it in another blog entry but I'm now devoting a whole blog entry to it. Before I wasn't taking my health seriously enough, but now I am getting very serious about it. I am of a certain age past 30 and want to have children. Hence, I've been eating pretty clean these days and exercising.
