I got a bit of a rude wake up call today. Why are so many people in the health food movement so arrogant? Just wondering aloud. I don't wish to rehash negative experiences though. I just want to say that all this journey work that I am doing is pointless if I don't know the Lord Jesus and live as His humble servant EVERY DAY ALL DAY. My first point of business is going to be going to church in the morning at 8 am. I'm too tired to blog about my running today. I did four miles of power walking in Central Park with my sister. I ate a bit too much today but oh well :-) Today was the last day of walking in CP. I could easily spend that money nearer to me at Jandi's in Oceanside.
