An herbal tea to help treat thrush

Thrush Tea

two teaspoons big sagebush root
one tablespoon pau ' arco bark
one cup water.

place herbs in a GLASS pot and cover w/ water
let soak overnight.

strain off herbs.

use a mouthful at a time
swish liquid in mouth for
a couple minutes before swallowing.

DO NOT TAKE BIG SAGEBUSH ROOT IF PREGNANT

if pregnant: substitute Osha root for the big sagebush root.
