A tea and douche effective against Candida

Candidiasis Tea


One tablespoon Pau d'Arco bark
Two teaspoons big sagebrush root
One cup of water.

Note: do not use sagebush if pregnant

combine above ingredients in GLASS container.
soak overnight, boil about 5 minutes, 10 tops
or it will be very bitter
& then strain.

take one half cup up to 3 times per day.

(mix up one and a half cups water tea mixture
appropriately if intend to do 3 x' a day)

Douche for candidiasis


equal parts marigold and echinachea herb.
make an infusion ( ie/ pour boiling water over
herb in glass heat resistant container. )
let steep, about 15 minutes/
cool down and use as a douche
