Summer Signage for Inner Depletion:

I have been feeling depleted.

I am depleted from doing too many things.

I am depleted from working too hard
without enough Joy and Pleasure.

I have had to take care of others
and felt demanded upon.

As a remedy,
I have been been looking outside myself
for the Cure All.

Just woke up feeling miserable.
Then, I went deep inside, wrote
the depletion cures above,
My energy switched to feeling good.
I am going to put these depletion cures
to Art Now for myself.

Then, I will do what is being asked of me.
I am being asked to create more structure
because i have to work with others this summer,
as well as spend a lot of time working with myself
in my own Spacee.

there are heavy demands on me now to manage others.
i cannot do this without structures both internal
and external.

The Purpose of each book
is to manage the house, so i have time
to manage my own life....

i have been depleted through working
on projects for six months.
now I am in a mess.
i have to clean up my own act, literally.
i can do this, although it feels difficult.

Help is here now but to use the help properly
i have to create structures.

The books are the two structures....

What was going on.

I have looking outside
myself for what I need
to give myself.

I was feeling miserable
as if someone else
was not giving me fully what i needed.
I was looking to them to give me something
I was not giving myself.

They were taking care of themselves:
Sharing Love and then, retreating
to take care of themselves.
In both cases, they were taking care of themselves.
How Perfect!

When she goes off to
take Care of her self, I need to go off to take care of myself.
