Angelene served us up some French Toast
the other day. I was recovering from
World Environment Day and all the stresses
of doing so much in a short time.
The French Toast helped me take a nap
and shift gears after a week of intense
"Show Time" preparation.
Our blackberries are coming in now.
The berries get amazingly big if we allow them
to stay on the vine.
The herb is spearmint.
We love to eat here.
There are all kinds of foods being eating
of late from Vegan diet to modified S.A.D.
A fresh berry goes a long way.
