Trying to jumpstart the energy.

Cold in here
in my bedroom and office.
Bowel irritated.
Feel pains.
Some tiredness.

Went through closet,
pulling out clothes fallen off hangers.
Found one winter warmy.

Don't want to stop and tell housemates
that I may need an utility increase.
Don't want to rock boat....always steals my energy.

Utilities up 27% the last month.

How much above budget for year????

Got to stop and figure it out...

don't want to go out to WHole Foods...
too cold...
need to do washing....
feel discomfort in bowel lower right side.

need acidolphilus...
too many days of diarrhea...
washed out flora.
Candida up from too many sweets...
ate two oranges the other day.

Windy...

No escape into something I prefer to do.

Could a helper help????
