Got an email today from Kat James, author of
"The Truth about Beauty."

Met Kat a few years back at Teeccino
anniversary party at the Natural Product Expo West.

Kat's book is about "Transforming your looks
and your life from the inside out."

"The Truth about Beauty" has an amazing before and after photo
of Kat 1984 and 2004. She made her gains through
health gains. I very much encourage women who
want to improve their health and reveal their inner
natural beauty to read this book.

Kat spent some time with The Seven Love Cures.
She wrote,

I'm happy to finally be writing you after a continuous year of travel and research for the next edition of The Truth About Beauty, to be released in early 2007. I have had a lot of all-consuming re-configuring going on as an author, and apologize for my absence, but am excited to announce that this transition will include a major re-launch of The Truth About Beauty...
