Shished first time this morning. How about skin brushing? Up late working with photos.

Yo! Rudenski!

I swished this morning for more than 20 minutes
while working here. Used Bragg's extra virgin OO.
It is my favorite.

Hard to get the tast of OO out of the mouth afterward.

Was thinking last night of Dr. Jensen and how he
recommended skin brushing with a bristle brush made
for that purpose.

He taught that the skin was the biggest elimination organ.

I skin brush everyday.

Best Friend/Twin Soul is always commenting
that I have smooth skin.

Jensen had baby soft skin even at 90 +.

He would tell a story about a weightlighter that
was very famous and who skin brushed every day.
Once he forget and attributed losing the tournament
to not skin brushing.

Is it O.k. if I go to bed now?
Question for myself....

There is always more to do!!!

Prepping for Pac Symposium
and frustrated by seeing--AS USUAL--
how many things I am trying to do.

I was wanting to spend days on the Rekindling of Faith
MS. Here it is Wed late, and I am working on photos
for that Altar.
