Just got off the phone with
Rebecca Diamond, one of my
best friends, and expert consultant
for helping me get out.

She wanted to know how I did
at the MEGA SPEAKERS EMPIRE
event this Sunday.

I told her the whole story.
You can read part of it here:

Rebecca was telling me about
what is called an
Article Directory.
IT is a way possibly to let some of
my Blogs or other writings be reprinted
elsewhere.

Sort of like the articles that Liora Leah writes
about In Our Homes. Liora puts tons of hours
into one piece. These could go all over,
and she would get credit.

I picked up a Chicken Soul for the Soul
book about Volunteerism. I know about
giving myself away for free. Now I want
to learn how to get the Value that goes along
with being a Servant.

Today, I had one breakthrough.
I was on the phone with Tom from Brandt
Beef. He was telling me that 100% of their
anti-biotic free manure goes to organic farms
in the Imperial Valley.

I am looking forward to receiving a S--Tload of that
for our garden.

Organic farming possibly can work with worms,
but I have not researched this enough to know.
The most common way to improve the soil is with
cow manure.

Without improved soil, forget it.
The plants can't give their best.

I was calling Tom to find out about the dates
of this upcoming Food Festival in San Diego.

"Leslie! I was just talking about you to Eric
Brandt this morning! We are going to do
a recipe book and want you to do the photos
of Slow Food Chefs."

Gosh! Ethically, I wish the world could
be vegetarian, but the truth is, many of us
are living high up on the food chain because
we do not have a lifestyle that matches a healthy
vegetarian diet.

Dr. Bernard Jensen, my spiritual father,
would say, " If you have any fight in you,
you will never make a good vegetarian."

Those us who are spending a lot of time
working through emotions, do not make
good vegetarians, in my experience.

I can't say for sure what comes first,
being a vegetarian and then having the emotions
settle down, or settling down the emotions
and then evolving toward living lower on the food chain.

I am sure it can work both way, if you have a mind
to do it, and a dharma to do it.

Rebecca pointed out this Article Directory:

She also repeated this tool called
Creative Commons where I can register
my photos.

If people want to use them, I get credit.

Hopefully, the giveaways will lead
to income to pay the bills and have the funds
to do the work that I want to do.
