Been feeling scared this morning.
Out of touch with Best Friend
who is about to take a big journey.
Want to know she made it off o.k.
Very deep emotions yesterday.
Just as I was about to start decluttering
one notebook, the phone rang.
It was Sandra from the Slow Foods group.
Gordon Smith, the area Governor for Slow Foods,
wanted photos. I have sent these photos so many
times.
I amazingly found them right off on the Outlook
Express where I was decluttering,
but spent the next hours looking for
other versions of these photos.
Then, I heard from Gordon that he didn't need
these because he had them.
The one notebook I put on my bed to declutter
seemed to have bug life on it...similar to the early
stages of something
that I feel in the basement but not so bad.
I started to feel things on me later when in bed.
How discouraging!!!
Finally watched some HBO movies
to keep company, including one about
a Bigfoot who was sweet hearted.
Just scanned in a couple of those old testimonials
in that notebook.
Do I really have to keep the originals?
My connected bedroom and office are intensely impacted by years
of old stuff.
WIll I get back to the parts of my life that give more
energy?
Feeling very scared, but a little better,
making a few calls to the phones on two of these
old testimonial letters.
Feel better knowing there is a way to contact
these people. Even heard one answering machine
message from one who I have not connected
since 95 or so.
She has a book out now. Heard she is
recovering from Cancer and came now with it
shortly after coming home from helping the people
in New Orleans.
Also talked to Lurrae, one of my dearest
Feng Shui allies who lives in Connecticut.
She has been in my room and still remembers it.
She was saying that she recently switched
the bed position and this changed her life
About to go to the FM and then up to North County
to see the Nuva, my Ayurvedic doctor.
Sciatic has been intense again...shooting pains.
Jessica, the acupuncturist says, it is because I
am sitting too much.
Feel a bit better.
Hold me.
Got to hold me.
