A friend has been sharing
with me her feelings and experiences
around the death of a parent.

I was inspired to do some research
I came upon this wonderful set of teachings.

I am going to explore them more
for myself.

I am tired of being stuck.

I wrote a poem yesterday about my feelings.
I realize I was beating myself up
for having these feelings,
yet until we tell the truth of where we are
in our relationship to Life,
we cannot shift in consciousness.

Shame and feeling ashamed because
we see a problem does not help the condition
go away. We can embrace the problem with love
and have those we love embrace us and witness
with us as we all, as a community, move through
where we are stuck.

I found this wonderful set of teachings I want to
explore. I also know the task at hand for me
is getting into my work for the day.
I am making significant progress with Record Keeping.
This is my Job now.

This for me is for later.
