The heat broke this morning
as Marcy, a new friend, was sharing
her intimate self. I did the same.

We both felt like we were spent.
She did not have much time to regenerate
this weekend, being on call in her caretaker roles.

I want to appreciate that Mercury Retrograde
is over in four days.

This is still a window of opportunity to complete
deadlines. The biggest good I could do for myself
would be taking on the completion of my '05 tax report.

I will mail off the Sales Tax completion,
call Asgede to let him know the generator fix
is not holding, put away some food, feed the worms,
do some laundry of the sweaty sheets and appreciate
the renewed capacity to keep a focus during this
monumental times of earth shifts.

I want to do want I can to make peace here,
one step at a time.

Can I hold the energy here?
Can I hold from spinning out?
Can I make the most of the
Great Earth Cleanup that can only begin
right here?

My friend Riki Newell has a beautiful
piece of music on his CD called Translation.

It is available and I highly recommend it.

I find it essential to entrain the mind with
pieces of music.

"The Cleansing" this piece I love so much on
"translation" refers to the epic need we all have
to clear and clean out.

In the Curezxone, many of us relate to the Cleansing
out of intense Awakenings that tell us we will continue
in immense pain--generally in our own body--unless we do
something different.

This causes many of us to shift diet patterns
to something more sensibleand and in harmony with our
person and planet.

I am so grateful for a few days off from the immensity of
the task at hand--The Cleansing.

For me, I am an escape artist.
I am a master of running away from home.

Home started turning ugly for me at a very early age
when my freedom was curtained by imposing religious
figures--one in particular very close to home--who made
me want to run away from where I live right here in my skin.

Amazingly, we each have Cracks already in our energy
field, and I, like you, found it easier to stuff my feelings
in my Cracks to attempt to survive.

This is where addictions come in.

We all tend to find solace in substances
or our interactions with others that become
monumentally important and give us some sense
of contentment.

In moments I can find the Unbroken Wholeness in Flowing
Movement that is called Consciousness itself by David
Bohm. I also call the Enchatned Garden a state of Unbroken
Wholeness in Flowing Movement.


Keeping my energy focused in projects
and particular people, IT is so much easier that dealing
with the task at hand, the results of decades of running
away..


Keeping my energy foucsed in projects

the capacity to stay here.

So thank you for help me keep my focus here
through giving in a outlet to express.

The task at hand is an unbelievable mindfield
of physical messes right in my personal space.


It is an immense job to take on the energy
attached to so many imcompletions.

It is almost too much.

For the last weeks, I have said no to a lot of
outer activities. I have been dwelving into my Cracks
and summoning the will to stay here.

For me unraveling some of the mess
asks that I find ways to reach out for help in areas
where I do not feel strong...
and it also means that I find ways to
stay put and bring order where there is chaos.

I am asked to find peace at home
and new strength.

I don't want to spin out.
To spin out is my normal pattern
when dealing with the task at home
can bring up a lot of discomfort.

I want to celebrate that I had a big breakthrough
on Friday with my Sales Taxes.

I am going to COMPLETE on that today,
and also use that energy to drive forward further
COMPLETIONS.

I am going to start with a few simple clean up tasks.

There are a number of exciting adtivities
that are pulling me this morning and also
some mundane tasks that need to be done
that will call me away from the task at hand.

I am in a state of War at home.

My primary task now is to gain confidence
through going through some organic steps
at home--this is the cleansing.
This is what will bring Peace to me
and success.
