Early morning choices. Deciding to shift some eye sores and put some things away.

Feeling some uncomfortable sensations
in my body.
What do I do about these?
1. Run
run, find something to make me feel better.
That's what they call the "Codependent thing."
Find something outside myself to suckle
help, give me a good time
a good experience.
Nothing wrong with that
most of the time,
but hello.
Here I am again.
2. This Higher Power thing.
Move the energy inside.
Clean out. Clear Up.
Make more living room for my Soul
to breathe here inside the body.
Move this.
Move that.
Physically shift the Feng Shui
Love
attach to something
called God
relationship
that sustains
For most just seems to be
another form of attachment,
but one of endearing value.
Could spend time writing about the weekend.
Lots I could say.
but then, I will come back to the same old
blocks in the space
things to move
to do
to empty.
Will likely always have ups and downs.
Just accept.
Sorry.
Going to put on some meditation music
and shift some eyesores.

How deep does it go?
Yearning...
wanting...
something...
I cannot have....
have it...for brief minutes...
intense love...giving and receiving...
comes often unexpected...
then leaves...
do not have it...
leaves me wanting...
What is the pattern...
Clearing some space...
Keep at it, Leslie...
What do you need...
What is more important...
the empty space or these papers
do not use...
I have moved on from doing things with these.
Leave room for new life to enter...
Is there not a better way to live
and make the most of this opportunity
to be alive?
