Harpo stories are uplifting me from a couple yucky experiences. Want to get back into cleaning UP and then get on with some Uplifting times!

I was out in the backyard going through papers.
First time I ever dragged a bunch of stuff out back
near the massage area.
Started to go through stuff and came upon
this letter from Citibank.
Please! They reduced by Credit Line to $300.0)
due to errors on their part.
Wrote them a long letter. Just what I need.
Going to mail it now.

Dear Citibank,
I am writing to resolve an issue with my account # ___.
I have used this credit card regularly since 1998 and appreciated our
working relationship.
This account has been closed by your collection department
through errors.
I am asking that you personally send me a letter that indicates
that in no way has my credit rating been damaged your company. and that that you acknowledge your errors in this matter.
In March, I cancelled the Rewards Membership Fee of $39.00
over the phone, and in April was continued to be billed a late fee
for this charge. I called and was told I would recei ve a letter acknowledging that I had cancelled this $39.00 Fee, and that the
late fee would be refunded.
The late fees continued to be added in subsequent months, and refunded
each time I called.
I was told this $39.00 fee would be taken off my account
and twice that a letter was be sent.
NO letters arrived.
In May and June, I continued to be billed late fees,
that were taken off when I called.
In June 4, I received a letter that due to late payments, my credit line
was being reduced to $300.00. I had no late payments due, and each
has been refunded each time I have called.
I called today and was told that my account had been closed by
Collections, presumably for non payment.
On the current June bill, unbilled activity was refunded including
credit finance charges, refund for membership fee, and refund late fee.
The online account states as of June 14, "You cannot make any payment
at this time, because your Current balance is $0.00."
I do not want any record in my credit report that my account was
closed by collections due your non-payment on my part.
I am sending this letter certified mail.
I am asking for a written response from your company,
acknowledging that you are aware of your errors in this matter.
I want to be reassured that no negative notations have gone into
my credit report due to this matter.
