Got any ideas for Kidney Improvements. Dull to achey constant sensitivity in low back.

Been having constant dull to mind discomfort
in low back. Have a history the since '04 of
kidney sensitivitiy at times. Ending up in the
emergency the night before the Feng Shui
Conference SLO in '04 and with severe kidney
pain, and diagnosis of kidney stones that
seemed to disappear on their own.

Took Ibuprofen then for 18 days and that
brew out my digestion for more than one year.

Now have this discomfort in kidney area again,
and shooting pains down to feet that may or
not be related.

Also amazing floater in left eye has shown up
since Saturday--black moving smoke across
eye.. Please don't tell me I am going to be looking
out at the world through this for a long time?

Anybody got any ideas about kidney improvement
ideas?

Using Aurvedic herbs
and got a tonic from a TCM perspective
that I have not started yet.

What do you think?
