Finishing up some Blogs
about the Kava Lounge right now,
by new favorite nightlife happening place.

I have not had a Nightlife hangout
for years!

At Harpos' years ago, we served
the Lucky Dozen. Marpo invented the Smothie
to satisfy the taste buds of alcoholics
who wanted to give up the regular booze.

He would blend up fixed fruits
for the locals. Ventura Street back then
had no less than six bars, one
for gays, one for straights, one for sports,
etc, etc.

Once, we had a wedding on the beach at the end
of the street conducted by Yours Truly.

Some of the folks from the bar stumbled out
to the beach. One said, "That was the nicest
wedding I have ever fallen into."

Kristie at the Java Lounge is my kind of woman.
I am just getting to know her, but I already
know her heart is in the right place.

I called in last night.
She told me that at the moment she was
making fruit rolls from the locally grown
Joe the Farmer,
Choose Organic Celebration
Food from the Promised Land,
The Enchanted Garden Welcomes you
strawberries that I left as a gift
the night before when Shimshi was playing
down there.

I met Kristie at the San Diego Earth Day
in Balboa Park, a few weeks ago, and the
seed was planted to come on down here.
Then Kennedy Carr, of the Temple of Higher
Consciousness, scheduled Shimshi to play
here for the elegant New Age Ladies
and their cohorts.

Oh my, one couple was kissing
while dancing....is that Kosher
for Vegan's Deradune? What kind
of Conspiracy is that...I can
only imagine what it may lead to...

Also gave some of the Joe the Farmer
local grown strawberries picked on
Mother's Day to Shimshi and Kennedy.
They both realized what they were getting.

organically grown.
