Picking up the pieces to complete on the trees and work I started last summer...at the Hilton...

This is a photo of the two trees
In want to get in the ground
at the Hilton San Diego Resort
later this Spring.

We used them in the ribbon cutting
ceremony last year at the Hilton
on the first day of
"Organic Celebration at the HIlton!"

These were three days of service
locally grown organic food at the Hotel.

Hermann Schaefer is being recommended
for an Environmental Award from the Earth Day people
in in SD.

I wanted this to stimulate more focus
on organic food going in this Hilton...

The day we cut the ribbon,
the HIlton, in syncronisity,
join the CA Green Lodging Program.
There was a press conference at this same hotel
on the very same day!

Whole Foods...Strawberries...this Sunday.
