Sex in the Garden

An Enchanted Gardener is hardly safe
this days. Just when I thought I was scheduled
for an afternoon of decluttering in the spirit
of Passover cleaning, Goddess Luna called on her cell
and said she was riding by the neighborhood
and "fixing" to stop over if I wanted.

Crash! Boom! Bah!
The glass from Oflia Winery I have been
drinking from for a couple months
is no longer. There it is, the remains of it,
glass in a dustpan!

What can we count on?
I thought sex was no more,
and here is the Goddess, playfully laughing
in my face, and exposing those rounded
breasts and belly.

What was Your Enchanted Gardener to do?

Before long we were outside, checking out
the whereabouts of the Smurf who was completely
covered over with various assorted weeds
from the Winter and Spring rains.

He was seen last during Winter planting
in a small patch in the side garden.

Up and out of there, dear weeds,
sorry to disrupt you! Let's lay them
at the base of the Apple Tree, I say.
I mean The Apple Tree, you know
the Apple Tree, the One, that grows
here in the Enchanted Garden
last seen in Eden.

It is just a little apple tree now, not
even big enough for a worm to climb
no less a snake. A big of neglect wouldn't
you say? I mean when was the last time
you were in the Your Enchanted Garden
pulling weeds, and getting yourself in trouble?

Next thing I know, Goddess Luna is half naked.
What would you expect on a sunny Spring day
with her hands pulling up weeds?

I look across the canyon. What will the neighbors
say? The neighbors are fast at work,
no one is home. All i hear is the locked up dog.

So how did we get to this place?
I thought I would take some pictures of the
charm that Marina sent in the mail,
the Charm that draws important people,
the one that broke and I lost before the last
day of the Natural Product Expo West.
I want to empower the new Charm.
So here is the Charm on the blooming
Nectarine tree, and then, next thing I know,
there are these hands you know where
followed by the asking of permission to touch.

First the touch, then the asking of permission.
Oh well, what can you expect from the Goddess
in Spring?

Orange blossoms--she goes to smell those,
then we are off to survey the Smurf area.
A photo here of Milk Thistle,
a photo there of the flowers of Arugula,
a few leaves of Radish tasting vittles.
"My quite a raw salad" she says.

It is time for her to leave, but the Meditation
garden pulls us.

I thought perhaps one more of the touches
on the jewels might fit here.
A soft patch of Medicine Wheel clovers welcomes us.
A vib more of clothes off, some nice sunshine is mixing
with Goddess-like words, annointing the Male
body part with praise. '

"There's an aloe vera there!" I point out.
She goes to retrieve it. She is rubbing me.
"Could you rub some of that on my head?
I ask. "I'm good for one head at a time," she says,
"Don't want to split my energies.

She is Medicine Wheel Savvy, and making
sure she knows which direction our bodies
are pointed.

I am thinking ahead, and Blogging
in my mind.

"How about a little eye contact!" she asks.
So now I am back, but still thinking of
summer when the weather will be warm.
We will take a hose a fill up the makeshift
pool where once a tree truck grew.
We will rub mud on us, and lay away in
this spot.

A suckle here, a suckle there.
I want to make sure she is balanced,
and she wants to make sure I am balanced
for this Spring.

3:04 PM now.
I am still hankering to go through a pile of
old papers, and glad to be off the the wheel
that hamsters run in their cage.

Had no idea I'd ever be in a place or space
like this this afternoon.

I was earning for something, some local
garden activity. Glad it found me.

The Enchanted Garden Welcomes you!

Through flowers, live herbs, and whole foods
present and circulating through our daily lives,
we can help the world grow healthy and beautiful
from the ground up. The Earth, through our own
hands, very close to home, beginning in our own backyard,
can become an Enchanted Garden!
