I have had a cold the last couple days,
and I am using Bragg's raw apple cider vinegar
mixed with some raw unfiltered uncooked honey.

If you use honey, make sure it is uncooked
and raw.

I have added apple cider vinegar
to my regimen
and mixing it as well with
Pure Cranberry Juice.
I like Mountain Sun brand
that I get at Whole Foods.
