Self Comfort needed to early AM.

binged yesterday afternoon on cheese
and then went to a 12 step group
that was scary with people expressing issues.

Lots of turbulent body sensations
running through me this morning.

I need Self Comfort.

I need to give my inner Female that comfort now.

It is 7:01 January 25.
I want to make a good day
and enjoy working with the Money Numbers
as I did yesterday.

Even if the EG Mobile may need more work
that I imagined....I want to accept this.
God will help. The parts will be readily available.

that repeats the name of GOD over and over,
