My simple day...

In route to seeking out overdue photos
I never mailed out last year--way last year--
I see there is a new leak in the kitchen
under the sink,
a request for a house meeting to look
at cleaning/oiganizing/decluttering

a photo half finished on the desktop
announcing "A Celebration of Life
and Healthy Sexuality" February 2
to complete, a call in to Judy to get
some energy going for that event,
a call from Kathy about the plan for today,
a call from an appraiser who wants to come out
Wednesday morning,
some emails read that bring up questions
about how far away my Best Friend/Intimate Ally
will be moving, a call made about
the future of the house and my position on it,
and a look out the window and feeling

this Very Sunny Beautiful Day...
Ah, I need more of this...

and a return find those photos..Now.

Wait...can I please have one more glimse of
the sunshine?.
