Being here for me

A chill in the room this morning
as I get out of bed out of a long
session working on myself.

FIrst thing I want to make of this day
is finding some photos I owe a doctor
named Dean.

I am so apologetic.
These photos got away from me
last year at the Natural Product Expo West.

I took them in the Press Room.

I have to find her business card.
I have to find the photos.

There is a family outing at the Worldbeat Center today,
music.

I want to do see how far I can get on this complete.

I want to remember to give my body attention with the Magboy
so my shoulder does not stiffen up as much.

I want to love myself.
I feel good feelings inside me for me.
I wnat to be here for me Now.
