with chronic diarrhea. It all started
with kidney weakness--issues of
fear and trust, and then taking a big blow
to my heart and spirit.
Ubuprofen (sp!!) was a major contributor.
The night before the Feng Shui Conf of 2004,
I ended up having intense pain in my lower back.
I had to go to the emergency hospital.
I drank one large vile of poison so they
could do a catskan, which a couple months
later turned out to be the WRONG approach
for a person with kidney stones, according
to a kidney specialist. You don't do that kind
of procedure...something like that.
I used Ibuprofen--large doses for 18 days to
avoid the pain. It worked, but completly screwed up
my flora and ability to digest foods.
Suprizingly, once I came down off the Ibuprofen,
I had no kidney pain. They had dissolved!
Maybe they did this through all the great Love
i felt at the Feng Shui Conference.
Maybe it was because I was running my SOUL
energies through my body.
If You can Run your Soul energies through your Body,
you can do anything. I know this for a fact.
These are the Deeper energies that are in you.
Everyone has Soul energies. They run through me
when I love and when I am in service.
Then, the emotional stuff came up,
and the seasons changed.
I always have energy shifts when the
seasons change.
It got so bad i was unable to digest almost anything
for many months through the winter. It started to improve
when I got some new energy flowing in March and attended
the Natural Products Expo West. (NPEW_
More Happiness running through me!
Happiness is another Cure ALL.
To go to the NPEW, I HAD to control my diet,
Plus once I was there, I started to be in the swing of
Love, Service, and the Healing Power of Doing What
You were Born to do with this Life.
There was some improvements.
During the time I had diarrhea,
I used up one whole rain forest in toilet paper.
It was amazing how sensitive I became.
For a while it seemed like lamb was all I could eat.
I was so protein starved.
I could not digest hardly anything.
raw food was out of the question.
Fruit was a disaster.
I started to use coconuts and lots of green powders
everyday. This seemed to work a bit, but I find coconuts
hard to disgest to some degree.

i do notice that emotions have a lot to do with the gut
and our ability to digest and eliminate.
