This is September 22.
It is the Fall Equinox.

This is not an ordinary day.

When the seasons shift,
the seasons of the soul are shifting.

It is natural to feel contracted right now.

It is natural to feel triggered with emotions
coming up.

What leaves ask sweeping?
What cleanup needs to be done?

What original pain unresolved
and buried is closer to the surface?

What authentic communications with yourself are you feeling?

Who would you like to share them with?

Who are your allies now?

Have you what it takes to keep going?
Do you doubt this?

Is your Foundation strong underneath?
Your Systems?

What are the things you wanted to do but did not do
this summer because you were going too fast?

The energy is different now.
The weather is changing now.

The inner weather is changing now
and this can bring up a range of feelings
for those who allow themselves to be real.
